In-Store Pickup


How do I place an order for In-Store Pickup? 

If the item is currently available online,  \it is elgible for In-Store Pickup. Generally, orders placed by 4PM ET that contain items with a 24 hour availability will be ready for pickup on the same day that you place your order. Orders placed after 4PM ET will be ready by the time the store opens the next day. Select items may not be ready for pick up for 4-6 days. In both cases, you will receive an order confirmation email that the order has been placed and a second email once the order, or part of the order, is ready. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email before going to the store to pick up the order.

Why are some items available for pickup sooner than others?

Some inventory is already in the store and simply needs to be picked by our staff. Other items are not currently in the store and need to be shipped there for pickup. All items will be delivered to the store for pickup in the window communicated on your order.

How can I guarantee that an item will be ready for pick up on the same day that I place my order?

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup? 

You will receive an email once the order is ready for pickup. If you ordered both items that are available within 24 hours and items that are available within 4-6 days, you will receive one email once the first set of items is ready and a second email once the second set of items are ready. You can pick them up immediately upon being ready, or you can wait until the remainder of your order is ready and come to pick them up all at once.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order? 

Please bring a copy of your Ready for Pickup email or a valid photo ID.

Can someone else pick an order for me? 

Yes, as long as they have your Ready for Pickup email handy, someone else can pick up your order for you.

Where in the store can I pick up my order? 

Once you arrive at the store, your order will be at the register ready for pick up. 

How long will orders be held in the store? 

Items that are ready within 24 hours will be held for 96 hours after you receive your Ready for Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup, a reminder email 24 hours later, and a cancellation email if you do not pick up the order within 96 hours.

Items that are ready within 4-6 days will be held for 96 hours after you receive your Ready for Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready, a reminder 48 hours later, and a cancellation email if you do not pick up the order within 96 hours.

What happens if I am unable to pickup the order within the pickup window? 

If you do not pick up your order within the pickup window, your order will be automatically canceled and you will not be charged for the items. Any hold that may have appeared on your card will be released.
