Take a Walk With Me

Every project begins the same way.

I walk the space.

Sometimes it's a retail store. Sometimes it's a brand. Sometimes it's a customer experience, a merchandising strategy, or a business looking for its next chapter.

Before I change anything, I observe.

I pay attention to how people move, where friction exists, what already works, and what has the potential to become something more.

Over the past two decades, that way of thinking has shaped everything from retail environments and merchandising strategies to brand development, operational systems, photography, and customer experiences. While each project looks different, the process is remarkably consistent: understand first, build with intention, and leave every place stronger than I found it.

The portfolios that follow aren't a collection of finished projects.

They're a look inside how I think, how I solve problems, and how I create environments where businesses, brands, and people have room to grow.

Thanks for taking the walk.
