In addition, you will receive a featured crystal that shares healing qualities and properties as the explored chakra to take home with you!

Feb 22 - Chakra 1: The Root + Red Jasper
The Root Chakra is dedicated to feelings of safety and security. The root chakra grounds us and is in balance when we feel our needs are met. The chakra is connected with smokey quartz which is a very grounding and balancing stone. In this yoga class we will focus on poses that activate and balance the root chakra.
